We ship our products all over the world. We assume all risks related to the transportation of your order. In case of damage, please contact us and we will refund the full amount of your purchase, as well as the shipping costs in accordance with our general conditions of sale.

Our return conditions are simple: we accept returns on all new items within 15 days. All returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, that is, products that have been opened to more than 15% of the original total weight.

Delivery in France and Europe is carried out by Colissimo within approximately 5 to 8 working days after order confirmation. Outside Europe, we ship with transport and logistics companies. So it takes about 10-20 working days. These deadlines are given as an indication and no compensation can be requested from Super Gourmand in the event of a possible delay in delivery.
